Zetron upgrades console system to support NEXEDGE digital radios
The console provides access to new digital radio system technologies; access to advanced NEXEDGE features like call-ID decode and display, emergency calls, group calls, individual calls, and unit stun and revive; and support for FleetSync digital messaging and signaling.
Zetron’s DCS 5020 digital console system now supports Kenwood’s NEXEDGE digital radio solution. The console provides access to new digital radio system technologies; access to advanced NEXEDGE features like call-ID decode and display, emergency calls, group calls, individual calls, and unit stun and revive; and support for FleetSync digital messaging and signaling.
The system also includes a localizable user interface; a resilient, distributed architecture; and open interfaces for both radio and telephony.
