- Near cell (0.5 miles from site): 10 Mbps down, 6 Mbps up
- Mid-cell (1.5 miles from site): 6 Mbps down, 4 Mbps up
- Far-cell (3.8 miles from site): 4 Mbps down, 2 Mbps up
- Cell edge (4.2 miles from site): Less than 256 kbps down, less than 60 kbps up
Translates to
- Near cell: 4 videos downlink; 3 videos uplink
- Mid-cell: 3 videos downlink; 2 videos uplink
- Far-cell: 2 videos downlink; 1 video uplink
- Cell edge: 0 videos downlink; 0 videos uplink
Overloading the network rendered all videos unusable
