Anritsu showcases LMR Master S412E TETRA Analyzer at IWCE 2014
Product Manager David Witkowski discusses Anritsu’s product showcase at the 2014 IWCE Exhibition, including the LMR Master S412E TETRA Analyzer.
For Land Mobile Radio (known in Europe as “Professional Mobile Radio” or “PMR”) system engineers, technicians, integrators and contractors who need to analyze and troubleshoot ETSI TETRA, the LMR Master’s newly added TETRA Analyzer (Option 581) and TETRA Coverage Mapping (Option 582) now provide the ability to analyze TETRA system parameters via Over The Air (OTA) analysis. Unlike competitive solutions whose radio receivers are not sensitive enough to handle OTA testing, the LMR Master provides a highly sensitive and accurate RF receiver in an integrated field instrument based on the 9th generation of Anritsu’s field-proven handheld platform. It offers the industry’s widest operating temperature range (-10 °C to +55 °C), GPS-locked frequency accuracy of 50 ppb, the industry’s best spectral purity with an SSB phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz (-110 dBc/Hz typical) @ 10 kHz offset, and a specified receiver third-order intercept of at least +16 dBm to ensure proper operation when working at transmitter sites with strong nearby signals.
