Univ. of Cincinnati: Howard Fan outlines how ProSe tech can deliver location information
Howard Fan, a professor at the University of Cincinnati, explains how Proximity Service (ProSe) technology—the LTE standard for direct-mode communications—can be leveraged to determine the location of a user, even when network infrastructure is unavailable.
