L3Harris: Don Griffis explains the significance of XL-200P and XL-185P portable radios with LTE being certified as FirstNet Ready

Don Griffis, product manager at L3Harris, explains that the company’s XL-200P and XL-185P converged P25 radios with LTE connectivity has been certified as FirstNet Ready, meaning users now can use the Band 14 capability that has been in the device for years. He also talks about improved antenna design to improve the effective coverage of the XL portable devices. Griffis spoke with IWCE’s Urgent Communications Editor Donny Jackson during the recent IACP 2019 event in Chicago.
