NENA: Brandon Abley outlines volunteer need for NG911 Interoperability Oversight Commission

Brandon Abley, technical issues director for NENA, explains the purpose of the NG911 Interoperability Oversight Commission, an independent body established this week to oversee key security and location roles associated with next-generation 911 (NG911) interoperability, including the PSAP Credentialing Agency (PCA) and the NG911 Forest Guide. Nomination of volunteers willing to serve on the 14-member commission are being sought this month, and the NENA board will select the commission members.
