The Genesis speaker microphone with dual grill is the most rugged of Otto Communications' speaker mics. Its durable design and construction meet MIL-STD-810E. It is fully sealed, per the IP68 standard, and it can withstand prolonged exposure to water and temperature extremes.

The removable front grill with replaceable debris screen and washable speaker cavity area allows users to easily wash away dust and other debris.

The unit also includes a clothing spring clip, which can be positioned 360 degrees. The mic offers an optional watertight accessory jack to support a full range of audio accessories including skull mics, throat mics and headsets.

It is designed for rugged environments including public safety markets (police, fire, SWAT and EMT services), maritime law enforcement, high-end industrial and military users.

Multi-charger for Kenwood BRS radios

The KMB-21 Multi-Charger from Kenwood Communications organizes, holds and charges as many as six radios, including the Kenwood ProTalk, FreeTalk XL, ProTalk XLS or FreeTalk XLS.

The compact desktop charger design is suitable for business applications such as warehouses, retail stores, hotels, restaurants, rental fleets, HVAC and other contractors and factories. These are the main applications for the on-site ProTalk line of radios.

The KMB-21 is compatible with the chargers packaged with the ProTalk and FreeTalk line of radios and charges at the standard regular rate. It has a small footprint and can be wall-mounted.

The charger includes an ac power strip and comes with a one-year limited warranty.

Kenwood radio replacement batteries

Multiplier Industries' MKNB batteries are rechargeable replacement batteries for the Kenwood TK-3140 radio.

The MKNB-24L Li-ion battery is rated at 7.5 V and 1400 mAh capacity. It replaces the Motorola KNB-24L.

The MKNB-25L is a Li-ion battery that is also rated at 7.5 V and 2000 mAh capacity. It is a unique design to Multiplier.

The MKNB-25A NiCd battery is rated at 7.5 V and 1200 mAh capacity. It is designed to replace the Motorola KNB-25L.

The MKNB-26N NiMH is rated at 7.5 V, 2000 mAh capacity and replaces the Motorola KNB-26N.

Batteries for M/A-Com radios

Centurion Wireless Technologies supplies replacement batteries for the all M/A-Com land mobile radios. The battery packs meet the same quality standards as the original battery specifications.

For example, the ED2121 NiCd supports the EDACS 300P radio with a voltage of 7.5 and 1,100 mAh capacity. The P202500 is for the Panther 500P tall radio and offers 7.5 V rating with 1,600 mAh capacity.

The batteries are molded in Centurion's in-house plastics division and are tested to meet or exceed all electrical, mechanical and functional specifications. Centurion also provides aftermarket batteries for Kenwood, Ericsson/General Electric and Motorola.
