Kathrein, Scala Division’s new site, www.kathrein.com, contains company news and information, technical tips and fully downloadable data sheets in Adobe Acrobat .pdf format on hundreds of its base station antenna and power divider products for land mobile, wireless telephone, broadcast and MMDS and ITFS communications services. The site also allows visitors to request information on individual products, to ask for complete catalogs or to make special requests for specific requirements.
Decibel Products releases 2001 catalog
Decibel Products, an Allen Telecom company, has released its 2001 product catalog. With a new look, the 185-page catalog incorporates the company’s entire line of products, highlighting its newest technologies including the Datenna family, the PCS/DCS dB Director series, the DB840 series of dB Director log periodic antennas and the TMA product line for PCS, cellular and trunking. The Datenna family of wireless broadband antennas is designed specifically for wireless data and voice applications and offers pattern shaping with Maxfill and Maxgain options for digital data management.

Information on new technology developments is now more accessible. The magazine is also now available to paid subscribers.
Kinetic Computer, Sierra Wireless team to provide wireless Internet access
Kinetic Computer has teamed with Sierra Wireless to provide wireless Internet access for eTruck Internet-based fleet management service. Kinetic will embed Sierra’s Aircard 510 as a connection product, providing wireless Internet access to the PC/Piranha, the onboard computer component of the eTruck service.
