Kenwood to supply radios to Outdoor Live Network
Kenwood Communications, Atlanta, becomes the “official radio communications supplier” to cable-TV channel Outdoor Life Network under a marketing partnership agreement.
Kenwood will supply two-way radio equipment for the channel to use in support of its sporting even telecasts and other production activities. The two companies will give each other credit in marketing materials and on Web sites, and Kenwood will be mentioned in the cable channel’s program credits.
Events to be televised with Kenwood’s participation include the Chevy Trucks NORBA National Championship Series cycling races.
“Two-way communication is an essential part of TV production, in studio and on location,” said Tom Wineland, president of Kenwood Communications.
Wineland said that Kenwood would furnish Outdoor Life Network with both professional and consumer two-way radio models and accessories such as cases, chargers, speaker-microphones, headsets, and programming software.
