N.H. county selects ledsJail software solution for new corrections facility
The Grafton County (N.H.) Department of Corrections has contracted with Zuercher Technologies to equip their new jail facility with the company’s jail management software solution, ledsJail. The software is part of a significant facility upgrade for the county.
The current Grafton County jail was last renovated in 1988. The decision to construct a new 300-bed facility gave officials an opportunity to assess their current technology platform and operational requirements and compare it to what technology is now available. They wanted to ensure that the solutions they chose would meet the needs of the new facility, as well as compliment the improvements created by the new facility. Officials were adamant that the selected vendors must be committed to continual product development and superior customer support to ensure that the new facility would continue to provide superior service to the county and surrounding area well into the future.
