TETRA: Exploring use cases, myths and misconceptions
Last September, the use of Terrestrial Trunked Radio (TETRA) technology in the U.S. was approved on a permanent basis. This webinar explains this order and examines the instances under which TETRA makes the most sense in the U.S. and Canada, specifically for utilities, transportation entities and public safety (in Canada). In addition, panelists answered key technical questions about TETRA, explored its potential for satisfying the FCC’s narrowbanding mandate, and attempted to debunk common myths and misconceptions.
