911inform: Ivo Allen outlines how company’s cloud-based service aids 911 centers, first responders during an incident

Ivo Allen, CEO of 911inform, demonstrates how the 911inform cloud-based platform automatically delivers maps, building data, video feeds and access to important facility via a RapidSOS link to a public-safety answering point (PSAP) when a 911 call is made from an enterprise location, such as school campus. Allen is joined by Avaya’s Mark “Fletch” Fletcher, an outspoken proponent of cloud-based 911 solutions. Allen and Fletcher spoke with IWCE’s Urgent Communications Editor Donny Jackson this week during the IACP 2019 event in Chicago, where 911inform made its national debut.
