Dan Robinson is currently the Director of Sales, North American Federal & Public Sector for Semtech / Sierra Wireless, Inc focusing on Government Business in the US and Canada. Dan has a long and distinguished career in public safety and Sales spanning over four decades. Dan began his career as a police officer in Michigan and worked his way through the ranks to serve as the Chief of Police for the Lincoln Charter Township (Michigan) Police Department. After retirement from government, a change in career paths took place for Dan leveraging his Public Safety Experience moving into the private sector. Over the past 20 years Dan has served in various sales management roles as a Sales Director managing Public Safety Sales for NICE Systems and with AtHoc / Division of Blackberry where he was a Director and managed the Commercial/State and Local Government Sales in North America.
