Things to know about IWCE 2024: The basics

Welcome to the “All Things IWCE” column, where we will provide news and information that is designed to help you prepare for the IWCE 2024 show. In this article, we’re covering all of the main things we believe you should know at this stage.  

Where will IWCE be in 2024?  

IWCE takes place from March 25-28 at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida. We have relocated to Orlando from Las Vegas for one year only, to enable the renovation of the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. IWCE will be back in Las Vegas in 2025. Meanwhile, we are looking forward to enjoying sunny Florida in 2024, alongside 5,000+ critical-communications professionals. 

Where in the convention center is IWCE going to be?  

Orange County Convention Center has a great layout that will facilitate easy movement between our conference sessions and expo show floor, all located on the ground floor. You’ll find the exhibition in Halls D & E, featuring 350+ sponsors and exhibitors, networking zones, show floor theaters and networking areas. What are the key dates and times throughout IWCE 2024? 

Registration and badge pick up will be open beginning Monday, March 25. The exhibition hall will be open on Wednesday, March 27, and Thursday, March 28. IWCE conference sessions start on Monday, March 25, and will continue through Thursday, March 28, with keynote sessions in the mornings on Wednesday and Thursday.

Late Tuesday afternoon will feature IWCE’s “Drinks, Bites & Insights” content and networking session, and our traditional networking reception will happen on Wednesday. Both special events are open to all pass types.  

Where can I stay during IWCE 2024? 

The IWCE accommodation partner is Convention Housing Partners (CHP). Please note that we have no other official accommodation partners—any communications that you may receive claiming otherwise are fraudulent.

Through CHP, we have special rates at three hotels: The Hilton Orlando, The Hyatt Regency Orlando and the Rosen Plaza Hotel. You can book a reservation by visiting our official hotel portal.

Rates expire on March 1, 2024, and are based on availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to secure the room you want. 

How do I register for IWCE 2024? 

IWCE’s Urgent Communications team members will be onsite at IWCE 2024, and we look forward to seeing you in Orlando.
