The RG530 is a multifunctional rugged smartphone that guarantees secure communication for companies and organizations in the critical communications area and is specially designed for MCPTT: Via a third-party app, the large PTT button guarantees seamless, secure and cross-organizational communication. The smartphone is Android Enterprise Recommended, Zero-Touch enabled, MDM compatible and equipped with the latest LTE technology. Via the 13-pin interface, the RG530 can be connected with a PTT headset, or an RSM. Special designed desk chargers and belt clips facilitate rapid use in crisis situations. The reliable operational device also comes with a powerful processor, a large internal memory of 64 GB and 4GB RAM, ensuring high working speed due to Android™ 10. The RG530 is also suitable for larger, noisy environments as it is equipped with a noise cancelling dual mic, a HD broadband receiver and a 105 db loudspeaker. The removable, 3600 mAh battery guarantees proper operation for multi-shifts and the excellent camera equipment (main camera 13 MP, front camera 5 MP) is another plus point of the multifunctional device. NFC, Wifi with hotspot function for max. 8 connections and two micro SIM slots complete the extensive functions. According to the usual hygiene guidelines (disinfectant solution of 70% alcohol and distilled water or soap solution) the smartphone can also be easily disinfected regularly.

What differentiates government certificates, industry standards certificates and network operator approvals?

Certificates for mobile devices are test requirements that examine the units for Total Actual Radiated RF Power, TRP (Total Radiated Power), TIS (Total Isotropic Sensitivity), Isotropic Sensitivity, RSE (Radiated Spurious Emissions), Spurious Radiation and Emissions at Rest, SIM tests, SAR (Specific Absorption Rate), Electromagnetic Radiation Level and individual network protocols.

Government certificates, e. g. the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in the United States and the IC (Industry Canada) in Canada are mandatory for mobile devices. Industry standard certificates, such as the PTCRB (PCS Type Certification Review Board) and the GCF (Global Certification Forum) are a second basis for for network operator approvals. As different global providers have their own certificate requirements, there exists a wide variety of test standards have been established.
